The US is run by rank amateurs. Thinking we can destroy Russian defensive Nuclear triad radars under the guise of Ukraine... when o ly the US, British or French actually handle satellite intelligence or missile systems will have to be addressed when Russian munitions destroy the launch sites and contractors.
That warning from Russia is two fold, first attacking Nuclear specific sites can bring a tactical response, second all F16s will be treated as Nuclear threats.
