Greetings to all at the Canteen!
To all our military men and women, past and present,
THANK YOU
for your service!
All is well here. We had some thunder and lightning and yes Gizmo under the bed but other than that, we're OK.
Before the storms we had ribs for supper.
And, we had fun at Comanche Lake:
How's everyone doing this morning?
Good evening, radu, and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
No momma duck tonight so far, but a dozen or so drakes.
Hope you enjoyed your evening outing.
Good morning, E...((HUGS))...and a Blessed Lord’s Day to you and yours.
It is really good to see you and know that you and Gizmo are ok. Is the horrible weather done now? No tornados?
Glad you got some good eating done. The ribs look yummy.
Glad Gizmo was able to have a fun time at Comanche Lake before the thunder chased him under the bed.
You guys have a great Sunday. Stay safe!
Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))
Glad you and Gizmo missed out on the worst of the day’s and night’s action.
Looks like you and Gizmo worked up a good appetite for those ribs.
Howdy, Kathy.
A shame momma duck didn’t take the kiddos back to your yard today. Doesn’t she know you want to admire her wee ones? LOL
It was a nice get-together this evening and the weather was perfect.
The calm before tomorrow’s storms.
Did the sun ever come back out up there? I’ve been checking the tornado situation since I got home and haven’t looked at the LH cam.
I think we’re done with the severe weather for right now. There are more chances for rain and storms this week however. We’ll see what happens.
The sun was in and out...but it was warm enough to just hang on the rail and throw corn to the boys and just admire no snowl LOL!
The “no snow” part must feel awfully nice after the winter you had. I’ve enjoyed watching everything green up up there lately, and it’s happening so fast. Very pretty.

“My deepest respect for you and for every soldier who didn’t come home. Also to those who returned home, but their minds were/are still at war. Thank you for protecting what we have all worked so hard to build as the greatest Country in the World!”
“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather, we should thank God that such men lived.” ― George S. Patton Jr
