The US floating pier allegedly used to provide relief supplies to Gaza civilians has partially washed away, and two boats used to service it have been washed ashore. According to reports, the Army was temporarily relocating the floating pier to the Israeli port of Ashdod because of heavy wave action. During the move, a segment of the pier came free, and the boats sent to retrieve it went aground,
The waves carried it to the Israeli shores of Ashdod.

Fundamental Change. . . is Comin’ to America. Good and hard.
So they’re summarily executing one guy while there’s whistling, and kneecapping the other guy while they’re chanting, and then they let him go. You don’t think that’s strange?
I’m not sure I understand your question. Do I think it is a rational behavior? No.
Do I expect the Gaza’s to behave rationally? Certainly not!
But Tsarfati has published previous videos where Hamas shoots civilans in the legs (sometimes in other places) claiming they have looted aid (from Hamas).
You didn’t miss the text below the video?
I bet one million dollars not a single Anti-Israel account on this platform will share this footage.
Hamas ties up Gazan citizens and SHOOTS them from point blank because they dared to get some humanitarian aid.

Rationality is one thing. Internal coherence is another. This was not even crazy logic. Example of Crazy Logic: This two year old child is part of a conspiracy. I know because of the way his mother looked at me. So now that I’ve kidnapped him, I must sacrifice him to Baal. That is internally coherent. It’s just crazy.
The whistling and the chanting, and killing one and letting one live, however, is just arbitrary mishigas.
It could depend on how much they had “looted”, or whether one of them belonged to a “friendly” family/clan, or whether one of the shooters just felt like killing that day, or.....
This is a mob we are talking about, most of them with low IQ and lots of testosterone. Things happen.....
I’m being nice, despite a large margarita - its been in the high 90s here today.
I’ve forgotten more about littoral engineering than most people know. I was battalion staff for the 11th Trans Battalion/7 Trans Group in the 70s when they knew what the hell they were doing. This ?#%#? is under control of the 7th Trans Group Expeditionary.
I’ve lived on an old Norwegian SAR cutter for years- since 1998, and brought her over from Sweden via the Arctic Ocean.

As others have pointed out - there is probably a reason why a port wasn’t already there. I’d have looked at met and sea conditions, bitched, and declared - I’ll do what I can. Orders is orders. FJB!
To the comment about army boats - we had more hulls (don’t know about tonnage) than the navy and we knew how to maneuver them! Gloating aside, In the last few month I’ve looked at readiness info and air photos of 3rd Port, Ft. Eustis, and I’m sick to my stomach!
Queer Army for Palestine.
When the 'civilians' have finally had enough, they'll get the flour!
“I wonder why no one hasnt built a port here before?”
We now know why!
It is an obvious attempt at creating another Gulf of Tonkin “incident”...
Case Closed: The Gulf of Tonkin Incident
This article by Capt. Carl Otis Schuster, U.S. Navy (ret.) originally appeared in the June 2008 issue of Vietnam magazine. A National Security Agency report released in 2007 reveals unequivocally that the alleged Aug. 4, 1964, attack by North Vietnam on U.S. destroyers never actually happened.
In the first few days of August 1964, a series of events off the coast of North Vietnam and decisions made in Washington, D.C., set the United States on a course that would largely define the next decade and weigh heavily on American foreign policy to this day.
What did and didn’t happen in the Gulf of Tonkin on August 2 and 4 has long been in dispute, but the decisions that the Johnson Administration and Congress made based on an interpretation of those events were undeniably monumental.
While many facts and details have emerged in the past 44 years to persuade most observers that some of the reported events in the Gulf never actually happened, key portions of the critical intelligence information remained classified until recently.
