Julie Kelly 🇺🇸 @julie_kelly2 Question: If lethal force guidance for MAL raid is so standard and NBFD—why are we just learning of it now?
Why did it take a federal judge (Cannon) to pry it out of DOJ?
Why wasn’t it released alongside MAL search warrant?

Because it’s nothing more than a check-box on an operations plan form.
Standard Operating Procedure for a former US President who was cooperating with them?
They didn’t even raid Hillary’s place. They just asked her to come in for a some questions, not under oath.
Dan Bongino laid it all out today. The FBI is lying.
The FBI coordinated with the Secret Service prior to their arrival to serve the search warrant and the Secret Service facilitated the search. Trump was not at Mar a Lago when the search was conducted, because, as everyone knows, Mar A Lago is closed from May until the fall, and Trump moves to New Jersey. The FBI was dressed in casual wear to try not to alert the public. The only reason this search became public knowledge was that Trump tweeted or truths or whatever about it. Everyone should just calm down. This is just silly.
And, why were they directed to NOT wear bureau ID clothing? Such clothing is required, especially for operations involving other departments and agencies, to preclude misidentification and all that could come from that.
“i seriously doubt that when they do raids on other people that they bring along their own paramedics and emergency personnel to deal with any shooting victims before they hit a place!”
The FBI Violent Gang Task Force recently lead a raid in the third-world city where I live. I happened to drive by the street during the raid without knowing what was going on, but I did note that an EMT vehicle was at the scene.
It could, have be3n that someone had already been shot or needed medical help though by the time you drove through?. But, I can’t say for sure, as I don’t know how they operate- maybe that is standard protocol to have them there.
But, it was announced today that merrick garland signed off on an escalated raid- he himself announced it
Ha e you got a link to them coordinating with ss?
The FBLie is always lying.
LOL! Whatever!
It was in Biden’s included in Biden’s search as well.
So, this Shipley FBI shill says “it was all standard.” All standard for an action against a former President of the United States. Something which had NEVER been done before - nothing ‘standard’ about it. He’s talking out his ass.
We’ll agree to disagree. I believe Bill Shipley has backed up his assertions with fact.
If you can point to a specific claim he has made that you disagree with, please share.
And you’re speaking from a position of ignorance when you call him an FBI shill. He is very critical of the FBI.
I can understand your reticence to criticize the comment he made about “standard OPS....” probably because of his helping accused J6 defendants, but the truth of the matter is that there was NOTHING standard about the MAL raid, and to defend it under of the cover “they were going by the book, so to speak” is unwarranted in my view.
As I said, the very fact the intended raid was to be on a former President of the US makes the whole operation/scheme special and nonstandard, and a better and more appropriate OPS plan required AND clearance of that plan up to the highest civilian authority - the President (even if it is/was Biden).
Under a fair government regime I might agree with him. But,
our system of government is now under color of political ideology completely down through the line to the lowest levels - major government agencies like DOJ/FBI et al are completely corrupted and the law (and standard OPS) are only used when it’s against opponents of leftist government. Other instances (e.g., when they “raided Biden’s garage”) involving liberal targets ARE given special handling - betcha the FBI didn’t show up there at the garage with use-of-force ROI’s and machine guns, etc.
Not reticent at all. His great 01/06 work does not mean he can’t be wrong on issues.
Thanks for explaining your viewpoint.
