Actually, if you look at the architecture diagrams of the AI setups, there is not just the one big model trained up from everything on the internet but there are various other custom models and engines to filter and manipulate the commands sent to the model. There is a form of AI that uses reinforcement to approve or disapprove of an output. The model "grows" organically based on praise for a "good decision". The result is very different from a trained expert response to an input.
