As much as I like Judge Cannon, there’s no way IWH she’s going to dismiss this case. The amount of hellfire rained down upon her would be too much for one person to bear.
The Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure begs to differ.

Cannon has a real task on her hands, no doubt.
But, the constant drip, drip, drip of bad faith plays by Jack Smith and his team of shady lawyers is helping her get to the right decision, I believe.
This one needs to fall under it’s own weight of prosecutorial misconduct.

It’s too early for Cannon to throw it out. There’s a ton of motions in process, and we just barely heard of Team Jack shuffling the evidence.
Cannon will likely allow every person and motion to get to maturity, write a 250 page ruling with 10000 footnotes, and throw the case out.
By then it will be Year Two of Trump’s second term.
I don’t think Kangaroo Courts dismiss charges against “defendants”.
