Too many of these types of crashes leave the criminal idiots alive and the innocents dead.

If the perp is ever allowed to drive again, it will be a gross injustice.

Of course I have absolutely no problem locking him up for as long as he draws breathe.

A blood test revealed that Kim had a blood alcohol level of .088 – above the legal limit. The test also found that he had cannabis in his system, according to court docs.
.88 is pretty marginal. Combining it with pot sounds like a very bad idea.

Promising HS Senior? At 21 years old and dragging at 131 MPH. Just what is/was promising about that idiot’s future?

Going 131 in a 35 mph zone with his lights off at night. He was also legally intoxicated and had pot in his system.

Add in bravado and stupidity and you can pretty much leave out the first two and have the same situation.
To: Gaffer
The victim was the senior.

Allowed? As a former police dispatcher I couldn’t come close to counting the number of REVOKED drivers caught behind the wheel. Laws cannot control lack of morality. Unfortunately...
To: xxqqzz
There’s a curfew for teen drivers but he’s 18 so he probably had a full license.
To: sevinufnine
Now see in that case, there should be a three strikes rule. First time driving on a revoked license after killing someone...minimum ten years in prison. Second violation should be automatic life.

Ironically, if you put him on an actual racetrack he would be humiliated, even by the slow guys.
To: Dr. Sivana
No, the bad idea was doing 130 mph in a 35 mph zone .

Going 131 in a 35 mph zone with his lights off at night. There was a similar accident in my down state Illinois town some years ago. The drunk driver was estimated to hit 125 MPH in a residential area before hitting(t-boning) a lady driving to work on a bigger roadway. The dude only got 12 years..

If the perp is ever allowed to drive again, it will be a gross injustice. If the perp is ever allowed to see a day outside a prison cell again, it will be a gross injustice.
