Interesting the article stated that Kim was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated DUI causing death, reckless homicide, aggravated DUI causing great bodily harm, DUI of alcohol, DUI of drugs, and several traffic violations, including speeding 35 mph over the limit. Kim’s girl friend was treated and released so I have to assume since it is two counts, Niketic’s girl friend has passed also, the article didn’t say.

The worst of the charges is reckless homicide in which the driver is sentenced, if found guilty, to between 6 and 25 years. I am assuming here that because of the points of the case, which displays a complete disregard for life and limb, it should get the maximum. If he survives prison, he’ll release at age 46 in 2050 after it takes time to get the trial completed.

I was attacked from many people when I made the assersion that putting another intoxicant into the public was going to create more unsafe situation. In this case, the mixing of alcohol and cannabas was discovered. Sad way to find out he was blitzed.

I don’t have a problem with him decorating a lamp post at the intersection in question.
