Wow 20% is huge when houses cost a half million you are talking 100k less and in South Florida even more. Would also allow many others who can barely afford to buy a home.
The Fed only allows around 3% of their 40,000 sq miles to be cut and the state around 5% of their 10,000 sq miles. Imagine the production if they managed all those forests properly, it may be more than 20% lower cost for materials.
