Cohen claims he submitted false invoices and claims Trump was aware of it.
Scammed but knew? Extortion.
Which he obviously didn't always do and why he got hit with tax evasion charges.
I think just lied about it. His word against Trumps.

JUST IN: The New York Appeals Court has rejected Donald Trump’s bid to have his gag order removed. The ruling stated his gag order must remain in effect to “ protect the integrity of the trial.”
Are these New York Judges nuts? What integrity do they believe this entire trial has? Cohen attacks Trump, Stormy attacks him, the Judge’s daughter profits from it, the Judge donated to his opponent, and the entire case rest on the word of a convicted felon who lied on the stand.
What kind of genius would still support this ridiculous case?

They’re wrapping up today. Not a lawyer, but defense will motion to dismiss, as the state failed to present any evidence of a crime. The crooked judge will reject the motion, then defense can motion for a directed verdict. Once that gets rebuffed, it’s defense’s turn to bat.
