Poll: Majority of Voters Say Biden’s Economy Crippled Their Finances

A majority of voters (51 percent) believe their financial position is worse off under President Joe Biden’s economic policies, a Financial Times/Michigan Ross poll recently found.

Biden’s poor economy for Main Street is the number one issue facing voters in the 2024 election. The average Wisconsin family lost $21,981 because of the increased cost of living under Biden, the Republican National Committee estimated in May.

In Biden’s America, a McDonald’s Big Mac burger, a medium beverage, and a medium fry meal costs $18 in some locations, up $10 from 2018 when former President Donald Trump was in office.

It doesn't seem all that long ago when McDoubles were on the 'dollar menu.'

It was a small price to pay for No More Mean Tweets from an orange bad man in the White House, and they will vote for their own demise again come November.

Just 51%. I bet another 25% or so are lying. They’ll never snitch on a DEM when it means the possibility of having a Republican instead.

Inflation is a tax. The Fed Prints money with nothing backing it up and thus the money is devalued and thus we have inflation. My Federal tax burden is normally about 20%. Due to inflation of 30% over the Biden years my tax burden was about 50% when I go to the grocery store. This is obscene. If you want to know what your Federal Tax is, add the inflation rate minus your increase in salary the last years under Biden and you have your real tax rate. It is ugly.

I am one of the lucky ones. I am retired and owe nothing thus I only get hit when buying something. My social security and pension are inflation indexed but they use “funny numbers” on this thus it has taken a hit also. My 401K has taken a hit. I have been prudent and saved and am okay. They young people are getting financially stomped on when it comes to buying a house, schooling, college, child care, the grocery store etc. It is ugly for them.

I forgot to add, Biden is going to let the Trump Tax Cuts expire. Add that to your total tax burden.

Two McDoubles and a large black coffee was my road trip diet.

Now it's baguettes I baked at home, and Gouda cheese slices, with a thermos of black coffee.

"Poll: Majority of Voters Say Biden’s Economy Crippled Their Finances"

....... But do these people actually connect Joe Biden to the inflationary economy??? The low information crowd is being told that the high prices are as a result of .... "Corporate Greed" and NOT a badly managed Economy.

.

I’ve noticed there are rarely cars at the local McDonald’s drive thru. I think people can’t afford to eat there anymore.

Inflation of all your stuff, including your house = More money for big government = Lower standard of living. QED.
