Was killing cyclists a normal part of his job duties? Was he specifically required to run that stop sign as part of an assigned task? If not, then no immunity.

So he was in an unmarked vehicle, with no lights or siren on, in a non emergency situation, and makes the decision to run a stop sign, and the result is the death of an innocent citizen. What’s next, shooting an unarmed civilian in the Halls of Congress. I hope he was terminated immediately AG Garland. Oops, AG, that only happens to federal employees who use the wrong pronoun. I’m sure the printers are running non stop at the white house spewing out pardons for “Joe” air quotes to sign.

In the vid, the government admitted the agent made the wrong decision.
