Then where has the hundreds of billions gone?
Biden has slow walked beans, bullets and some AA capability. As democrats are prone to do, they never take a firm stand but are beholden to so many interest groups and their own self interests that they walk a tight rope between stances that eventually pisses all sides off. They do that again in Ukraine.
They dont fight to win, they fight to win political or personal advantage.
So they have spent money on arms, but not decisive arms. And they have certainly found ways to launder some of those funds to line their own pockets, since accountability is also not a democrat trait.
