Michael Cohen, the once loyal lawyer of former President Donald Trump, had been cashing in on the ex-president’s hush money trial by discussing the case on nightly TikTok livestreams — something legal experts warn may spoil his credibility as a key witness.
Ahead of taking the witness stand, Cohen has earned money through donations made by viewers of his nightly live streams, during which he has discussed Trump, the ongoing trial, and the testimony, according to hours of streams viewed by ABC News.
“Trump 2024?” Cohen said during a live stream last Tuesday. “More like Trump 20-40 years.”
While Cohen’s actions don’t go against any court order, experts told ABC it would likely hurt his credibility as an essential witness in the case.
“I’d be furious,” said ABC News contributor and former Georgia prosecutor Chris Timmons. “As a prosecutor, the last thing you want your witness to do is to be talking about the case in a forum other than the courtroom.”

You're doing a stealth attack on Trump here, too - by defending a perjurer like Michael "Vohen" and defending trash like Fatti "The Georgia Grifter" Willis and Lucrezia "BLM GirlBoss" Jimmy.
I am an attorney and would normally agree with you about the fact that there are two attorneys on the jury. But then remember that Bragg is an attorney. The judge is an attorney. The Attorney General who got a massive verdict against Trump for a victimless “fraud” is an attorney. Biden is an attorney. Garland is an attorney. Jack Smith is an attorney. James Comey is an attorney. Hillary Clinton is an attorney. Our justice system is highly politicized and I think it may take the Supreme Court to declare Justice, which could be many years down the road.
I stand by my remarks. And I understand to a degree your position on how political our society is today. But at the end of the day, if I’m innocent, I want well educated people deciding my fate based on what was presented in court. If the jury is deadlocked, my money is on one of those attorneys or other professionals doing it.
I don’t think any jury, even if they were all businessmen and developers would be trusted by FR. There would be skepticism if their last names were all Trump. But the more guilty I am, the more I want a Johnny Cochran as an attorney and a jury box full of less than well educated people.
I really believe that if the evidence is truly weak, and not the FR no evidence is strong enough*, one or more well educated people will see that and deadlock the jury or even lead others to an innocent verdict.
* Remember, a number of folks here bought the Cohen was doing Stormy story that ultimately wasn’t true.

I hope you’re right. As you say you only need one sane person. I suspect they won’t find twelve sane people on this jury though. A hung jury is probably the best he can hope for.

I recently served on a jury and saw exactly what I wrote happen. A well educated juror held out and walked other jurors through the stregnth and weaknesses of the evidence. The person swayed several people in the jury room to their reasoning.
