A .01% increase in CO2 levels since the inception of the Industrial Revolution is the basis of what was once called the much derided “global warming” that has morphed into a more acceptable “climate change”. Of course climate changes but moreover because of the earth’s dynamics than man’s influence. The sun, volcanoes and the oceans are vastly more influential than man. Man’s arrogance knows no bounds.
