They hate farmers because farmers are regular people and usually conservatives.
They want to replace farming with tech. Lab grown meat and vertical indoor grow veggies. Neither has a small carbon footprint due to the infrastructure required and energy consumed but it’s never really been about carbon or the planet or climate change.
It’s all about control/money being funneled and consolidated upwards.
They want a total monopoly on everything and must make independent entrepreneurs of any kind extinct.
