New details about the classified documents recovered by federal law enforcement officials in Biden's basement were revealed Wednesday, after members of Congress reviewed the material.
Rep. Mike Waltz, R-Fla., expressed concerns about the documents that he personally reviewed.
'I just reviewed a portion of Biden’s classified documents that were taken from his basement by Special Counsel Hur,' the Florida Republican wrote on social media.

What do they think Hunter was selling access to? We know Joe didn’t take the documents to read them. He doesn’t even know who he is anymore. Biden was selling classified documents to the highest bidder.
later
“Highly classified?”
Well there’s only three levels: Top Secret, Secret, and Confidential.
FR thread: ‘Incredibly suspicious’ Hunter Biden email may be based on classified info
Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) said that an April 12, 2014 message to Hunter’s influence-peddling business partner resembles documents that the US State Dept gives Senate members when they travel overseas — highly detailed information - in terms of Ukraine.
Hunter was then a highly paid employee, an “energy expert” at Ukraine’s energy company, Burisma.
A 22-point memo Hunter Biden described as “thoughts after doing some research”.....includes prescient predictions crackhead Hunter could hardly have dreamed up:
<><>that Petro Poroshenko would be elected Ukraine’s president the following month
<><>and that “some sort of decentralization will likely occur in the East.”
It’s totally unbelievable that the sophisticated Burisma execs would
rely on the “thoughts” of a whoring crackhead like Hunter Biden.
They were paying Hunter big bucks, only b/c they were assured his father could produce the “real goods.”
ts/scif
Well fortunately for the VP Joe these were left haphazardly in his garage and not locked secured in a private room in Mar A Lago with the power to do so as a PRESIDENT.
There’s no damn justice.
Fr thread-—Delaware State Supreme Court Lets U of Delaware
Keep Biden Senate Records Hidden From Taxpaying Public
Daily Caller News Foundation ^ | July 6, 2023 | Katelynn Richardson
The Delaware Supreme Court sided with the University of Delaware Thursday, denying the release of President Joe Biden’s Senate records in a lawsuit brought by the Daily Caller News Foundation and Judicial Watch.
The DCNF and Judicial Watch appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court in January 2023 after the state’s Superior Court found the university had satisfied the burden of proof needed to justify denying the records that the DCNF requested through the state’s public records act.
The Delaware Supreme Court affirmed the Superior Court’s judgement Thursday, shielding the documents requested in both organization’s April 30, 2020 public records requests from release.
“The public has a significant interest in these documents,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told the DCNF. “If the Delaware courts are going to protect Biden from having to produce them or the secret deal that keeps them away from the American people, then Congress should get involved.”
Documents requested by the DCNF, which now will not be released, include
<><>agreements WRT storage of 1,850 boxes and 415 gigabytes of records from 1973-2009,
<><>communications between university staff and Biden’s staff,
<><>log sheets of individuals who have visited the collection, and,
<><> the actual records in the collection.
The records may contain information
<><>relating to Tara Reade,
<><>who accused Biden of sexually assaulting her while working in his senate office in 1993,
<><>or the president’s son Hunter Biden,
<><>who recently plead guilty to possessing a firearm while using a controlled substance, and,
<><> for failing to pay taxes in 2017 and 2018.
Biden’s records have been housed at the University of Delaware Library since 2012. He gave them to the university on the condition that they would not be publicly released until “they have been properly processed and archived,” according to the university’s website.
During oral arguments for the case in June, legal counsel representing the university told the Delaware Supreme Court it could determine whether public funds were used to support Biden’s papers without looking at the records.

a day late and a dollar short.
“ Rep. Mike Waltz, R-Fla., expressed concerns about the documents that he personally reviewed”
Concern?
Se now I, for one, welcome Trump’s mean tweets. He would never be mean to me. I love this country as he does and that’s his entire motivation bar none
And I’m a suburban woman.
These frikkin wimpy republicans on the other had are the proverbial despised lukewarm
They do nothing. They are dispicable wipe.
Bravo
And don’t forget...he wasn’t even President...and not authorized to keep anything except personal papers.
First step of a proper damage assessment is a trial.
If he’s sane enough to be pResident, then he’s sane enough to answer for stealing Top Secret US documents.
Huff
Damage assessment, yeah they’ll get right on that.
I feel like the TS and the changed to permit TS/SCI happened after I worked with all that crap.
I STILL don’t understand the SCI part: so you can see TS documents only if you’re cleared in that particular area of focus?
I think that was because people were handing out TS info to people who ‘should’ have access to, but weren’t cleared yet? I don’t get it.
some ts information is more volatile and immediately sensitive and not to mention the traitorous nature of some elected officials now placed in positions by our complicitous left officials and not allowing notes or the new electronic devices in the area of reading the information. apparently the former senator and vp couldn’t be trusted to maintain ts info and the likes made a scif necessary.
