My sympathies to the woman for being forced to take a life.
It was the only rational thing she could do in the situation.
That Second Amendment sure is coming in handy now that Bidenskyyyyyyy has got banditos out there breaking into homes in order to have “a better life.”
If all the stories of where a woman fends off a rape, a store owner a burglary, and home owner a break in were published, people would have a different opinion about gun ownership and rights.
That’s right, you’ll be dammed if you do!

Outside of Filthadelphia, PA is pretty normal.
Local 2A civil rights groups need to get on this pronto.
Get that woman a box of personal defense ammunition in her caliber, a few hundred rounds of practice ammo and a few hours of range time, plus a certificate of civic responsibility. SOCIALLY NORMALIZE this activity.
Don’t let ANYone convince her she was “judge and jury” (the perp decided his own fate) but reinforce the idea both for her AND our community of civilized human beings that the right to keep and bear arms for self -defense is a civil, natural, Constitutional, God-given HUMAN right and there is no shame in it.

She obviously already knows how to aim and shoot and she's a proven fighter when she didn't freeze up. A lot of people do freeze up in that situation.

I’ve been an NRA-certified basic pistol instructor for 25 years. I’ve trained hundreds of students.
What I have found - and it surprised the hell out of me - is women are far less likely to “freeze up”
under stress fire. They tend to be better shots too.
The most fun I’ve had training new (women) shooters is starting them on airsoft in the morning and
watching them fire maximum power .357 S&W Magnum hand loads from a Model 19 with a 2” barrel
and asking for MORE!
Don’t know about PA but she might still get hit CIVILLY since the DA is saying under PA law
she’s within her rights.
The family can still sue in many cases.

I’ve heard two women say “I want one of these” after shooting a Ruger Super Blackhawk Bisley in .44 Magnum with full power loads. One of them was a 15 year old girl.
