MINNEAPOLIS — The nation's highest court has rejected an appeal from MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell.
The U.S. Supreme Court has declined Lindell's appeal over the FBI's seizure of his phone.
It was taken in 2022 while Lindell was at a Hardee's drive-thru window in Mankato.
The U.S. government was investigating accusations of Lindell sharing sensitive voting system information.
The case is just one of several recent legal battles for Lindell.
In March, a judge evicted MyPillow from a facility in Shakopee after the landlord filed a lawsuit claiming the company was at least $200,000 behind on rent payments.
A month before that, a federal judge affirmed a $5 million arbitration award against Lindell in favor of a software engineer who challenged data that Lindell said proves China interfered in the 2020 U.S. presidential election and tipped the outcome to Joe Biden.
Last October, Lindell said he was out of money and couldn't afford to pay his lawyers, who said he owes them millions of dollars.
Lindell, a vocal supporter of former President Donald Trump, also faces dual billion-dollar defamation lawsuits from Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic over his allegations the 2020 election was rigged. Lindell previously said MyPillow has lost $100 million due to his election fraud claims.
In January, Fox News — one of Lindell's biggest advertising platforms — stopped running MyPillow commercials due to a payment dispute.

My Pillow was not “evicted” from a warehouse for failure to pay back rent.
A year ago, Mike Lindell sub-let the warehouse to a completely unrelated firm, and it was this firm that had financial issues, NOT My Pillow.

I’ve been a Trump admirer since is first debate when other candidates literally pushed past Ben Carson to get onstage and Trump politely gestured for Carson t0 go ahead of him, I literally saw the election being stolen, Someone in a ballot counting room in Georgia took a murky video. of the supervisor telling workers to throw away ballots from certain precincts. It was on youtube for less than an hour, when, I suppose, someone reported it.
Actually, I admired Trump long before he was a candidate. Fabulously wealthy, handsome man. Went to Trump Tower in NYC and rode the escalator up the first several floors open to the public with fabulous shops with very expensive, g00ds. And never missed an episode of his TV show, “The Apprentice”.
As for the border, we have almost two million illegals to deport. My new neighbor lived close to the border in Texas, Border Patrol agents told her he found a dead illegal on her property. Told her she wasn’t safe and to “move as far north as you can right away”. She has daughters here. Very nice family.

A court was right that Lindell owed the Building Owner the money.

I don’t say any. I say substantial enough to change the outcome. People have been prosecuted for 2020 wrong doings. I see OAN just settled with Smartmatic for their slander.
Meaning either Lindell didn’t have the $$$ or he’s a deadbeat. Maybe both.
