Should be pore over.
As a verb, pore means “to gaze intently” or “to reflect or meditate steadily.” The verb pour has meanings referring to the falling or streaming of liquid (or things that move like liquid). Pour over is occasionally found where pore over is called for, but is still considered a usage error.
If he does, I think all hell will break loose. Things we cannot even imagine. I just think it won’t go the way this Columbian judge expects.

The conniving that went into concocting this “federal crime” out of an already passed over state misdemeanor is shameful. To hear Jonathan Turley, and others explain it, a judge should just dismiss it. Instead, even the jury can’t be told the real story behind the charging.

Judge Merchan is the one who should be in jail.
I don’t think they’d try that. I do think the judge will start imposing increasing fines for each violation of the order. Likely in the neighborhood of $25,000 per and increasing each time.
Hasn’t this case with SD already been in the court and President Trump was acquitted? So it’s Double Jeopardy, being tried twice for the same offense.
