I know of Sparrows Point, however, I am not intimately knowledgeable enough to respond intelligently. Perhaps you can tell me what it might have to offer. I know the steel plant was around that area, but are the waterways suitable enough for the traffic? One would think so. However, what I know is insufficient to give an assessment on its positives & negatives. I really know little about the Baltimore harbor, other than it seemed to function adequately. 🙂👍

My comment was really based upon the fact that to reopen the shipping harbor could be the only thing up & running by May, because nothing happened to the harbor. Therefore, all that is really needed is to remove the debris blocking the water way channels. 🙂

Sparrows Point is just outside of the wrecked bridge. It has 1) ports 2) container terminals 3) distribution centers etc. Wont cover everything in and out of port, but could alleviate some supply chain issues. This administrations Transportation Dept is clueless.
