Sparrows Point is just outside of the wrecked bridge. It has 1) ports 2) container terminals 3) distribution centers etc. Wont cover everything in and out of port, but could alleviate some supply chain issues. This administrations Transportation Dept is clueless.
Perhaps it is being used temporarily, if not I have no clue as to why it isn’t being used. Excellent question though.
