I have talked to some men who visited Ukraine on mission trips and also visited neighboring countries. They paint a dire picture for the civilians, but didn’t have anything to say about the tides of the war.

Robert Kagan was the founder of PNAC, the Project for a New American Century, which tried to talk Bill Clinton into invading Iraq in 1998 to enact regime change. Clinton didn’t take that bait, but George W Bush did. Bush filled his administration with PNAC alumni, which included VP Dick Cheney.

Robert Kagan is married to Victoria Nuland, the behind the scenes Harpy who has been up to her eyeballs in getting America involved in a series of undeclared wars. Her involvment with Ukraine goes back the coups d’etat known as the Orange Revolution and the Maidan Uprising, where Vicky Nuland chose Ukraine’s presidents for them.

At some future date when political historians exam these times, they will marvel at how the Kagan-Nuland family ran America’s foreign policy, destablized the world, and ignited wars all over the globe.
