Thank you for this. I have practiced for forty two years and watched the guard rails of the law crumble consistently. There are no reckoning points any longer even though there is lip service when convenient. I barely know how to prepare for a hearing any more because judges refuse to apply the law and rules while witnesses and lawyers lie without consequence.
We need a law firm that will handle these cases and be funded by a large portion of the awarded damages.

This is why I stand behind eliminating the bar requirements.
