In Chicago, year after year, 80-85% of homicide VICTIMS have criminal records - averaging over 10 prior arrests! Almost always black. Thugs shooting thugs and sometimes missing and killing innocent people - mostly BLACKS!
But do the blacks there help the cops? Do they beg for more cops and support cops of ANY race arresting the young black thugs killing and robbing OTHER BLACKS?
Nope. They’d rather their sons die by the hundreds than help a white (or even black cop) stop the crime!
You cannot fix that level of stupid RACIST hate! When race is more important to you than your son’s life, you are SCUM!

DC had a couple of competent mayors after Marion Barry. Adrian Fenty, the last good mayor lost reelection because he could not survive the primaries.
