In Chicago, year after year, 80-85% of homicide VICTIMS have criminal records - averaging over 10 prior arrests! Almost always black. Thugs shooting thugs and sometimes missing and killing innocent people - mostly BLACKS!
But do the blacks there help the cops? Do they beg for more cops and support cops of ANY race arresting the young black thugs killing and robbing OTHER BLACKS?
Nope. They’d rather their sons die by the hundreds than help a white (or even black cop) stop the crime!
