Is it wrong to question the results.

That's all Trump and others were doing...and each and everyone of them is entitled to "free speech".

Seems to me that the attorneys are saying you can question results, you just can’t do anything that would allow false results to be overturned - such as having alternate electors who would vote the accurate way if/when the fraud was proven.

The State of GA claims that both they and Trump knew the election results were accurate. But how could either of them know either way, when the list of irregularities Trump wanted Raffensperger to investigate were never given legal cross-examination? Both “sides” knew there were irregularities large enough to alter the election results. Without legal cross-examination to vet those irregularities, either side could be accused of racketeering for an illegal result.

If it’s unlawful for Trump to push to allow legal vetting to occur and make a difference, then it should be JUST AS UNLAWFUL for the Ga State officials to push to keep that from happening. Claiming to already know what the accurate result was when they have no way of knowing that is perjury. Perjury in pursuit of an unlawful result, if fraud actually changed the election result. IOW, an unlawful RICO conspiracy on the part of Raffensperger and his crew. And if that is the case, then all their actions to punish Trump are ALSO racketeering in furtherance of an illegal result.

Trump put Raffensperger on legal alert. Raffensperger knew that if the numbers Trump gave him were accurate, the election results were fraudulent. If he failed to legally vet those claims then he KNOWINGLY perjured himself when he claimed to know the results were accurate. And every State of GA lawyer that shows up in these hearings continues the perjury unless and until they have vetted the numbers to legal evidentiary standards.

Google, etc are worthless right now but if you search FR’s keywords using Raffensperger you can see articles that describe how Raffensperger knowingly lied when he said that Trump’s claims about fraud had already been investigated and proven false. So much of what Raffensperger claimed in the Google-approved web pages doesn’t make sense with what we know about fraud in general from 2000 Mules, surveys of voters that found around 20% of those surveyed admitted to submitting fraudulent ballots, the Ruby Freeman episode claiming they had to scan tons of ballots (many times each according to the video) because they didn’t “have enough”, the demonstration in court that Dominion results could be hacked and altered with the use of a simple pen, etc.

For the State of GA to claim that their election was accurate, now that we have all this information, really does look like illegal racketeering on the part of the State of GA to me.
