Provide care for a child or other specified dependent Recently gave birth or adopted a child Enroll or have enrolled in an educational or vocational program

The rest of us need to write laws so when the bill comes due FOR ILLINOIS STUPIDITY -NO OTHER STATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO CONTRIBUTE ONE THIN DIME TO BAIL THEM OUT.
