Baltimore leader Brandon Scott appeared on Joy Reid’s MSNBC show to assert that white conservatives “should be afraid” of the consequences of calling him the ‘DEI Mayor’ and that his “purpose in life” was to make them uncomfortable.
Yes, really.
Professional race-bator Reid angrily asserted that when right-wingers make fun of DEI, they actually mean just “black people,” claiming, “It’s the reason they complained about Critical Race Theory, it’s not fashionable to be openly racist anymore in America.”
She then welcomed Scott, who dresses and acts like a Black Lives Matter activist, to address the horrifically “racist” fact that right-wingers don’t support DEI in light of the Baltimore bridge collapse.
The mayor complained about “young black men” being demonized and treated as the “boogeymen” by racist conservatives who think that “only straight, white wealthy men” should have power.
“We know what they want to say and they don’t have the courage to say the n-word,” he ludicrously added, before appearing to make some kind of veiled threat.
“The fact that I don’t believe in their untruthful and wrong ideology and I am very proud of my heritage and who I am and where I come from scares them, because me being at my position means that their way of thinking, their way of life of being comfortable while everyone else suffers is going to be at risk and they should be afraid because that’s my purpose in life,” said Scott.
And there you have it, in his own words.
Scott’s “purpose in life” is to make white people uncomfortable and afraid.
But remember, you’re the racist for making fun of him.
Reid also said the ship was “piloted by a very heroic crew from India” and that it was also racist to criticize them ***

“Imagine if a white elected leader said that his purpose in life was to make black people uncomfortable and afraid”
Meh, the left sees that as a noble purpose, and those white suburban women applaud. This crap will only get worse as long as white people support it.
DEI...
Didn’t Earn It.
The shoe fits.
Gosh. A black mayor is a city that is filled with White Supremacists. He is a brave man for standing up that white wave of hate that is Baltimore.
Or maybe he’s pandering.
If enough whites and people of color actually supported this crap, Deep State wouldn’t have to steal elections, would it.
Scott is continuing proof, as if it were needed, that Deep State doesn’t hire the front office appearance types for brains.
When leftists promote Didn't Earn It, they actually DO mean "just black people".
the flack is greatest when you are over the target.
This seems to have hit a nerve
LOL
Having visited Baltimore my current feeling is that the racist s^^t-hole should be razed and started over. Most of the population are DEI racist POSs. The place would be gone now if the DEI a$$holes didn’t have non-minorities to tax.
There is NO reason to ever go there.
He opened his mouth and removed all doubt.
Which means he’ll do nuffin but PARTY ?
Black DEI does not apply in Baltimore where DEI would be electing a white dude mayor. Detroit has the king of white dude DEI mayors who has been mayor there since 2014.
I guess that white conservatives have made him feel uncomfortable.
His widdell fee-wings gots hurted.
“If enough whites and people of color actually supported this crap, Deep State wouldn’t have to steal elections, would it.”
Enough support it to make the steal possible. A steal doesn’t just happen, it requires minions to carry out illicit activity, and morons to ignore and dismiss such activity.
Threatening his citizenry in He state? Can he be tried for that? He works for the people, ALL tHe people- not the other way around!
When I make fun of DEI it’s generally just black people. So, yeah. Mockery and derision are useful against all stupid, arrogant people.
When I think of DEI the image of a black man doesn’t pop up. It is the picture of some gutless white liberal in a corporation boardroom.
But if people like this guy speak that garbage enough it might just change my memory image association.
Great job Brandon!

Wow - what a sentence!
I thought it was disgusting how MD politicians rushed to get their mugs in front of TV camera when they had nothing to offer. Moreover, I have how the various bureaucrats gives Oscar like speeches thanking this agency and that for whatever. The whole thing is a big government informercial while the viewer learns nothing.
