MTG and I are probably very closely aligned politically, but I’m the first to admit that my political views aren’t likely to attract much support from the general public. Legislators need to keep this sort of thing in mind when they deal with the challenges their leaders face.

And let’s be honest here … the only reason MTG hasn’t been relegated to the back bench in the bleachers is that the GOP majority is so narrow. If this was 2015 and the GOP had a 40+ seat majority, nobody would give MTG the time of day.
