Lawmakers in the Australian state of Queensland have introduced legislation “to provide stronger protections for trans, gender diverse and intersex people.”
At the end of April the state’s discrimination laws will be changed so that LGBTQI+ claimants will be offered a host of protections shielding them from “discrimination and vilification” while “intersex people” can similarly expect to be treated differently and afforded protection.
A press release from the Queensland Human Rights Commission has set out the changes, detailing the following provisions:
Protections against gender identity discrimination and vilification have been in place since 2002 but now the law will be clearer and more inclusive. It means that:
non-binary or gender diverse individuals will now be protected from discrimination in Queensland, aligning with many laws across Australia discrimination based on gender expression, including name, dress, speech, and behaviour, is not allowed.

Are there really that many perverts in Australia?
Leaning towards the Crazy
I am old enough to remember treating the mentally ill,
instead of orienting society around affirming their disease.
I said to the man, "Are you trying to tempt me?
Because I come from the land of plenty"
… and here we assume you refer to more than just elected officials??
What is intersex?
Is that related to the 50 plus gender identities which have been discovered so far?

The key word there is “vilification”. Say something the LGBTQI+ crowd doesn’t like, and you are vilifying them. A criminal offense. And to make it more interesting, one can never know just what is the wrong thing to say. Even the most innocent and polite remark could do it.
We will soon see the same thing here. “Hate speech” laws, and all that.
Free speech, honored in 1776. Not so much now.
vilification will be any objection to their lifestyle.
So they’re giving mentally ill people an open invitation to sue whoever they want. Yeah this will go over real well.
Pervert protection act. Weird or unsavory acts done to people, animals, or anything else makes you a victim, so sign up!
Australia is very far Left. Like Oregon, destroying all small farms and ranches.
Got to divide people into perpetual victims/oppressors so they fight each other.
The globalist shackles slip on unnoticed.
The clot shots got to their brain down under.
Yes, yes it is.
It is interesting that this happened in Queensland and not in New South Wales or Victoria, which are, for the most part, woke, even by our Pacific Coast standards. Aside from a few very nice tourist areas, like Port Douglas, Queensland is a manly place where you’ll find man-eating crocodiles in the smallest puddles, and big Harleys and Kawasakis everywhere, whereas NSW and Victoria are overrun with 50cc scooters, to give you a sense of their priorities and preferences.
“I” is for idiots.
Intersex is not even comparable to trans.
Transgenders are the folks born male with male genetics or born female with female genetics (either xx or xy), but claim they “feel” like the opposite gender. There’s no verifiable scientific or genetic proof of what they claim. They choose to live different to how they were born. They suffer from a mental illness (but won’t admit it).
Intersex are the folks genetically born both genders (xxy). There is a scientific & genetic reason & they had no choice in the matter. It happens in 1 of every 200 babies born. Usually parents are given the tough choice of deciding which gender to raise them as.
Trans folks try to claim a similarity to Intersex folks for legitimacy. They aren’t the same. One is a natural occurence that occurs with having an extra chromosone; the other is a choice & mental illness 🤔
