An elderly Georgia homeowner was forced out of his house and arrested when an alleged swindler used fraudulent documents to claim ownership of the property.
Charles and Charmaine Allman lived in the same Stone Mountain, Ga. home — located 16 miles east of Atlanta — for the last two decades before officials told the couple Tuesday that they no longer owned the house and had to vacate.
“They made us feel like we were squatters,” Charmaine Allman told WSB-TV. “Just tossed my stuff out like it was trash.”

WEF’s great replacement continues apace.
The police are force multipliers for the criminals.
I don’t understand why the rightful homeowners don’t show up armed to the teeth and escort the squatters out with a barrel to their heads.
Then, lock the doors, and deny anything ever occurred.
As are the agencies giving warrants to evict actual homeowners
I thought this is what title insurance was for.
That is a notary’s absolute number one priority. If a notary fails to do that, their authority should be revoked.
Wouldn’t want to be in the air b&b business right now.
Title insurance protects you from prior claims, I believe. Like if someone knocks on your door and says you’re on their family’s land from a century ago. You can pay for a service to try and keep someone from perpetrating this sort of fraud — Home Title Lock pays a lot for advertising.
This is absolutely disgusting.
I imagine what my Eastern European neighbors would do - show up with 16 of their cousins and kindly tell the squatter to leave “toot sweet.”
If he didn’t, his body would never be found - and no one saw a thing.
Huh?
A Notary Public is an official of integrity appointed by state government — typically by the secretary of state — to serve the public as an impartial witness in performing a variety of official fraud-deterrent acts related to the signing of important documents. These official acts are called notarizations, or notarial acts. Notaries are publicly commissioned as "ministerial" officials, meaning that they are expected to follow written rules without the exercise of significant personal discretion, as would otherwise be the case with a "judicial" official.
A Notary's duty is to screen the signers of important documents for their true identity, their willingness to sign without duress or intimidation, and their awareness of the contents of the document or transaction. Some notarizations also require the Notary to put the signer under an oath, declaring under penalty of perjury that the information contained in a document is true and correct. Property deeds, wills and powers of attorney are examples of documents that commonly require a Notary.
Title insurance, provided when you purchase a home, is only valid for a couple of years from the date of purchase.
Today-—”sales” transactions on properties are no longer done with a KNOWN messenger to County Recorders==

IF you have “BAD ACTORS” IN escrow company & Title Company-—there is no “STOP” involved.
MY County in Nevada has installed a FREE system that IMMEDIATELY notifies Property owner by e-mail that someone is TAMPERING with their deed.
Read your “title Insurance” protection very carefully.
MORE holes than Swiss cheese.
I just looked up CT’s law—and it takes 15 years of squatting to earn rights up here.
I signed up for it as soon as I knew about it.
There are MANY property owners in this county who OWN their property FREE & CLEAR—Which means NO ONE at the bank with a mortgage is involved.
IF about 3 or 4 are working together, they can fake a deed transfer. ESCROW-—TITLE CO—COUNTY RECORDER—BANK EMPLOYEE
Should happen automatically, like with online accounts.
Shouldn’t Fat Fani CASH be going after these squatters instead of standing at the station waiting for a train and smokin’ big cigars with her squeeze, Wade? Woo Woo!!!
