The Islamic State (ISIS) terrorist organization claimed responsibility for Friday's attack at a concert hall in Moscow in which at least 40 people were killed and 100 injured.

ISIS attacked an Iranian Revolutinary Guard ceremony earlier this year. ISIS hates us, Russia, and Iran equally. I suspect that the only intel we share with Russia and Iran related to these bastards.

This is a political and a domestic Public Relations catastrophy for Putin.
I wonder if all the Putin suckers on here will take back their accusations against Ukraine and the US?
Probably not, making up crap and lies is their stock and trade.
The claim is that ISIS was created by, wait for it, Obama. So, that is not surprising.

CIA created ISIS. They do it here, they do it everywhere, our own CIA. Why wouldn’t Russia accuse them. Note, that’s not a question.
The United States has a fairly long and torrid history of backing terrorist groups. Only the stupid deny that truth.
Why would ISIS attack Russia? Russia has been supporting the arab movement.
Meanwhile, back in the real world, Russia openly supports Hamas, Islamic Jihad, etc. That's not a conspiracy theory - they have diplomatic relations with them and even hosted a summit for them recently.
And despite everything Russia has done as of late, the West warned Russia and gave them intelligence information about an imminent attack - they ignored it.
