The executive director of the Little Rock airport who was shot by federal agents serving a search warrant at his home earlier this week has died.
A statement from the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport announced the death of Bryan Malinowski at noon Thursday.
The statement from Bill Walker, chair of the Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission, noted that under Malinowski’s leadership the airport saw “significant growth and success” and offered condolences to Malinowski’s family.
“With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our executive director Bryan Malinowski. Bryan was a 16-year employee of the airport. Under his leadership, our airport has experienced significant growth and success, expanding services and offerings to our community and state. We extend our heartfelt condolences to Bryan’s wife, Maer, loved ones and friends.”

Malinowski was shot during an exchange of gunfire with agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Tuesday morning.
ATF officials said the agents were serving a search warrant at Malinowski’s west Little Rock home around 6 a.m. when the shootout happened. Federal officials said that Malinowski shot first from inside the home, at which point agents returned fire, hitting Malinowski multiple times.

I don’t trust anything the completely corrupt government says or does.
ATF had to raid the guy’s home? They know where the guy worked, they couldn’t go there and arrest him? Something about this stinks to high heaven.
6:00 AM raid
ATF is another power-mad, deep-state supported corrupt agency which will need to be eliminated entirely
...”the agents were serving a search warrant ...”
They didn’t want him, they wanted something he had in the house.............
hmmm...the Clintons have graduated from hired thugs to using Federal agencies under color of law
thats Bigly as our PDJT might say..
I guess a warrant is no longer necessary.
Is immoral. Is deliberately dangerous. Should be illegal.
Public servants who do such things deserve defensive return fire. Only criminals break in at oh-dark-thirty.
FRT or a bump stock? On an email list from a since closed FFL they are “investigating”?
End the BATFE. Do it today.
... can’t wait to see the agent’s body cams regarding this event ...
What? the video (all of them) was lost ??
What a surprise ... (/sarc)
The US Constitution grants The Federal Government exactly ZERO law enforcement authority in the Several States, making these ATF Agents murderers, plain and simple.
Let me take a guess, he was a white Republican. Killed by Democrat police union members. executing a non-specific search warrant.
Why do I see that ending to “Cool Hand Luke”?
I noticed that after the shooting they had the perp’s name and photo out there quickly. Not the usual stall tactics with other races.
Having known some cops who made raids like this, I suspect that the feeling of power they get plays a role. The cops I worked out with were too excited and pumped when relating what they did for me to believe they weren’t just adrenaline junkies.
I’m in favor of law enforcement having all the tools they need. But I want high level signoff. The mayor, for local cops or the governor for state cops. The department director for federal agencies. I think we’d see the number of no-knock raids drop to between zero and one per year.
You mean you don’ trust our benevolent government which only has your best interest in mind. Shame on you!
If the goverment had an ax to grind, all it would have taken one guy to pay him a visit at his place of employment. But who am I to pass judgement. Perhaps he was a vicious criminal in disquise.
It’s being reported that while attempting to serve the warrant, the agents smashed his door in.
It did not say whether or not the agents used flash bangs in their 6 am raid
