Former President Donald Trump is seeking the help of MAGA supporters to post the bond from his New York fraud civil suit. In a message via his joint fundraising committee, the former president asked for donations of $20 and above.
Trump also said that he was the victim of a "witch hunt" and that the New York Attorney General was after his properties

Donald Trump did not ask anyone to help him post his appeal bond.
This is the Republican Party using the fiasco of the NY case to raise money for the RNC.

This is the Republican Party using the fiasco of the NY case to raise money for the RNC. Indeed. I am getting blasted with text messages from the rnc/nrsc/nrcc.. I reply with a STOP, only to get the same messages from another number.

Donald Trump did not ask anyone to help him post his appeal bond. This is the Republican Party using the fiasco of the NY case to raise money for the RNC.That's what I suspected. So I went to his account on truthsocial and sure enough, no such post. This is some kind of scam.
I would gladly donate to a Donald Trump defense fund if there was one that he legitimately approved.

You and any other person that has contributed to Winred or the RNC...I get at least 10 per day, every day, and also say stop. IF you ever find out how to make it stop, let us know.

Read what you posted there, dude.
Nobody is raising cash to pay Trump’s appeal bond. It’s an RNC fundraising campaign.

The RNC should help Trump. The witch hunt against him is the best political advertising that could happen for both Trump and the Republican party.
And given that it was reported that in 2020 over $14 billion was spent on campaigns, half a billion for Trump's defense should be counted as a cost of campaigning. Bonus points since he'll be reimbursed just by showing up (since it's bond money).

How do you get Winred to stop using and sharing email address? I also get stuff directly from Trump, non-stop, and I last donated to him in 2020. Heck, even from Cruz and I dropped him in 2015.
On the other hand, since DeSantis suspended his campaign, nothing from him.

Trump’s daughter in law is the co-chair of the RNC. He handpicked the chairman.
It is also true that the RNC will help pay Trump’s legal fees. So these donations would help Trump, but not on the civil fraud trial.

That makes more sense.

I think Trump should do a Jerry Lewis styled telethon over the weekend. That would be funny.

Nobody is raising cash to pay Trump’s appeal bond. It’s an RNC fundraising campaign. Again, who's now in charge of the RNC?
And oh yeah from the article you just dismissed...
Earlier this month, Trump's daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, and his ally Michael Whatley were elected as co-chair and chair of the RNC. Lara Trump vowed the RNC would spend money paying for Trump's legal fees.
