Cops won't even enforce traffic laws in Memphis. The hood rats drive with no tags, no insurance, blow right around you to go thru red lights, weed smoke billowing out the windows, broken lights, missing body panels, and nothing. The fun part though is as soon as they cross over the county lines into Arkansas, Mississippi, or Tipton County, and it's a whole different ballgame. Then they cry racism.
Looks like the murder rate jumped 29% in 2020 and another 6% in 2021. So the total increase was over 35%. This article is saying it fell 13% in 2023 and by some amount less than 13% in 2023.
So it sounds like the murder rate is still substantially higher than in 2019, probably by 10 to 15 percent.

Around here due to “bail reform” (thanks Gov JOKE-uhl) they immediately release pedos, pervs, etc. Practically all assaults unless you kill the victim are “harassment.”
Apologies if it has already been posted but if you close all of the stores in high crime areas, shoplifting, grand theft and larceny all drop.
Just because they’ve all decided to give certain criminals and certain crimes a pass instead of arresting and charging like before. That does NOT mean the crime rate is down, and ask yourselves, why would they want to put that misleading statistic out there? They’re supposed to be non-partisan, what a joke.
We all see the criminality all around us.

If you report zero crimes your crime rate drops to zero. Funny how that works.

I get it. Since crime rates have dropped, Americans should shut up and enjoy the absorb the illegal immigrant crime wave. Yeah, that’s the ticket.
