Spiro Agnew might have become President if he hadn't accepted bribes when Governor of Maryland. She's not! She's an arrogant black racist woman with a huge chip on her shoulder. The judge has allowed her to proceed but with a new prosecutor. Her lover-prosecutor has already stepped down. Unless another court or the state of GA intervene, there's nothing to stop her from her continued prosecution of Trump.
