The right to keep and bear arms is a natural right, meaning all free men and women have that right, regardless of where they are on the planet. It's part of why so many of us find other nations' gun laws so insulting. It's a repression of people's right to have weapons to defend themselves and their nation.
A repression that goes out the window in the face of invasion, it should be noted.
But that brings about the question of illegal immigrants. Do they forfeit their rights when they enter the United States illegally, or do they maintain their rights as they've not actually been convicted of a felony or anything else?
For a long time, the official line is that they don't get to have guns. Period.
Yet a federal court has decided something quite differently.

How can an illegal pass a NICS check? How can that be possible?
Illegal who are felons in their own country should be treated as felons here with the same rules/laws applying. If entering the US illegally is a felony, then they should fall under the felon gun laws. That assumes you agree that illegals should be allowed to stay here, which I don’t
The precedent of applying a Constitutional Amendment to illegal aliens will be used to grant them the "right" to vote in US elections.

So then American citizens shouldn’t have to ask permission from state authorities to carry weapons across state lines.
Allowing an illegal invasion of the nation is not constitutional, so why would they deny them their rights that they do not have as well.
Invading this country shouldn't be a misdemeanor. It should be first degree felony. That law has to change.
I hope every resident of D.C. buys handguns, because sooner or later people like her will become the targets left available. 🙂

The logical result of this ruling clearly means that the migrant invader vermin also have the right to vote...
Let’s see:

- The MIVs have a right to education...
- The MIVs have a right to medical care...
- The MIVs have a right to drive...
- The MIVs have a right to free housing...
- The MIVs have a right to arm themselves to rob & murder us...
- The MIVs have a right to bank accounts...
- The MIVs have a right to send tax-free money to foreign countries...
and, in half the states,
- The MIVs have a cultural-right to rape, murder, and pillage...
Kinda easy to see where this is going, isn’t it?
Then any gun ban law for citizens is unconstitutional too.
There is no ‘right’ to vote in America. But, all peoples, in this world, have a right to bear arms. Its up their government if its recognized, legal, illegal, or felon. They all have the same rights granted by God.
If crossing into our border illegally was an enforced felony, then all illegals would be ineligible to own a firearm. Problem solved.
People who have been denied their right of self defense in their home country, or here, and those who have had that right taken away (felons), are often the most aware of the value of that right.
Years ago, the Phoenix New Times newspaper published an April Fools story, entitled Arm the Homeless, about an imaginary organization that was buying and distributing guns for homeless people.
Of course the immediate reaction was that readers were horrified, but soon thereafter readers saw the logic in doing so. The homeless are frequently victims of robbery and violent crimes, have very little public and police support, and actually have a need to be armed.
Now think about illegal aliens. Economic migrants are often dirt poor and prey to every variety of human scum predator out there.
I’m not saying, “Welcome to America. Here’s your gun!” But that some consideration needs to be given to acknowledge their God-given rights *for those of good character*, as is done for our citizens.
