Special Counsel Robert Hur was in the hot seat for four hours Tuesday as President Biden’s congressional allies sought to destroy him for doubting Biden’s intellect.
They had no case. And instead, they turned the event into Three Stooges-caliber theater.
Hur’s report last month concluded that Biden had “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials” — violations of federal law.
But Hur said that prosecuting him would be dicey because jurors could view Biden as an “elderly man with poor memory.”
The House Judiciary Committee hearing on Hur’s report was only about “Republicans trying to re-elect the former white supremacist-in-chief,” according to Rep. Cori Bush (D-Mo.).
Fixating on Biden’s document shenanigans could aid Trump and cause the worldwide triumph of tyranny, wailed Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.). Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) derided Hur as a Republican bootlicker hoping to get a prize appointment if Trump is re-elected.
One Democrat after another put Hur into a headlock and jammed words into his mouth.
When Hur objected to Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) claiming his report exonerated Biden, she cut him off: “Mr. Hur, it is my time.”
Democrats, veering toward full “Manchurian Candidate,” seemed ready to recite with glazed eyes: “Joe Biden is the kindest, bravest, warmest, most wonderful human being I’ve ever known in my life.”
Biden needs plenty of sycophants because of his hypocrisy, legal violations and brazen falsehoods.
After the FBI raided Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home to seize classified documents in August 2022, Biden said he was stunned that “anyone could be that irresponsible.”
After Hur’s report came out, Biden declared.
“I did not share classified information.”
Biden claimed that all the classified stuff “in my home was in filing cabinets that were either locked or able to be locked.”
But Hur testified that those claims were “inconsistent with our findings.”

His memory wasn't that bad when he originally stole those documents.

The whole thing was all about Trump. The hearing appeared coordinated with the lib’s questions and responses.
I believe the Left lies with reckless abandon. They know the truth,
they just don’t let it stand in their way.
If a person believes he’s telling the truth, but he’s wrong, he speaks
an untruth, but he isn’t intentionally deceiving people. Once Informed
he should admit his mistake and apologize, providing there aren’t
additional factors making it a mirky conclusion.
Yes, some of them are simply lying, but I believe some are so blinded by ideology, arguing with them is like arguing with lunatics. Either way, they are trying to push evil.
If you suspect Biden,
You must indict him.
Hur surely knows that not only DC, NY, etc. juries, but also
judges and prosecutors, are unlikely to treat Biden like Trump. That is going to be a problem unless the system admits that dems are exploiting that system.
Hur’s report concluded that

Clearly, Hur was pursuing a hidden agenda, and knew for certain he had
a slam dunk case against Biden. But Hur had other plans......
He was planning to spare Biden and get himself a high-pay,
no-show job as an Asian on Biden’s diversity merry go round.
It’s the only thing that makes sense.....since no one
in creation could be as gullible as Hur purported to be.
The known elements of the crime include:
<><>hands-on knowledge that Biden had classified documents
<><>he was willfully removing them from the SCIF
<><>he was not returning them.
Hur had Biden’s admissions to these elements during the interview.
These were admissible in any court of
law to establish the elements of the case at trial
“even if” Biden was no longer lucid when tried.
Hur had a crack at a president who could place him in a better job.......
except Hur screwed it up bigtime angering Biden and both Dems and Repubs.
Hur’s reasoning was just plain stupid.
Senator Hank Johnson qualifies as two of the three stooges all by himself. Hes the goomba that seriously thinks that the island of Guam will tip over and capsize if too many people were on it. I am NOT kidding! Google it!
