Former President Donald Trump intends to end the war in Ukraine by ending the military assistance that Ukrainian forces require to fight Russia’s invasion, according to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
“He has a very clear vision that is hard to disagree with. He says the following: first, he will not give a single penny for the Russo-Ukrainian war,” Orban told Hungarian state media. “That’s why the war will end, because it’s obvious that Ukraine cannot stand on its own two feet.”
Orban offered that prognostication after returning to Budapest from the United States, where he met with American conservatives at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C., and visited Trump at Mar-a-Lago in Florida. Russian President Vladimir Putin’s spokesman allowed that “it is not clear” what Trump’s plan might be, but he welcomed Pope Francis’s suggestion that Ukraine show “a white flag” in a bid for peace.

And Trump claiming that he would end that war, doesn't mean that he is supporting Russian; he has said that he would make a deal with BOTH SIDES, to stop the war there.

No the war would devolve into a guerilla war and continue for years. There is no reabsorbing and Russifying the Ukrainian people at this point. I like Trump but this logic is bad. No other country in eastern Europe can stand on its own two feet against Russia either, certainly not Orban’s Hungary. Putin wants all parts of the former Soviet Union and all parts of the former Russian Empire which virtually guarantees there will be war across eastern Europe right up to the erstwhile Berlin Wall.

Putin will absorb it and not do much rebuilding as it would take to much money away from rebuilding his military for the next country in line.
Russia will not attack any NATO soil unless an attack from NATO originates from a NATO County. This lame argument almost begs the answer is NATO is going to attack Russia. One country with an army of 950,000 men does not 32 countries spread all over the world with 4x the military capability.
Russia had enough of NATO moving boundaries and putting missiles closer to Russian soil. This was could of been avoided had NATO not put in motion the operation to install missiles that could be either defensive or offensive and Nuclear capable.
NATO is projecting as liberals always do here at home in the US. Democrats accuse Republicans of doing what they are already doing.
Just to be sure all those Traitor Zeepers out there heard that, let's repeat it,
Cut off Ukraine from every US Dime, and surrender Zelensky for War Crimes Punishment.
Then we can turn attention INWARD.
Trump will not allow the rouge CIA to continue their war against Russia. That boat has sailed. Ukraine will be disarmed and neutral, and join the EU free from NATO. They will be a smaller continuous drain on western finances.

B.S. It really started in 2004 with Putin’s 1st assassination attempt against a Ukraine leader. After that Putin contined to overtly and covertly attempt to subvert Urkaine politics to subverting Ukraine to him. Biden’s stupid attempts at Clinton style influence peddling was not a cause for Putin’s invasion, though Biden’s weakness may have been an opportunistic excuse.
We may also know why the people of the Ukraine have a deep seated hatred of any rule from Moscow. Memory of a genocidal famine and Communist misrule will do that. So it's a complex situation. Somebody used to dealing with such is required. And between Biden and Trump the choice is pretty damned clear.
