A psychiatrist who has worked with elderly dementia patients said President Biden exhibited signs of stimulant use to mask cognitive decline in his amped-up, aggressive State of the Union speech on Thursday.
Mr. Biden, 81, often raced through his remarks with the speed of an auctioneer, loudly shouting his words despite having a microphone in front of him.
Speed and volume of speech can be a sign of using Adderall or another amphetamine, said Dr. Carole Lieberman, a forensic psychiatrist based in Beverly Hills, California.

I’m not a doc or psychiatrist, but have some knowledge. Saw so many signs Biden was on some medication it should have been obvious to anyone with a clue. Dilated pupils (they should have been tiny with all the spot lights on him — they were not), flushed forehead that shown even through the half pound of makeup they had on him, speech patterns, and I could go on and on.
Frankly I thought they’d use a body double. Didn’t. That was actually Biden. (Won’t go through the list of how I could tell. Let’s just say nose and ear shapes for starters.)

Docs put our Mom on Aricept for dementia. The drug had just the opposite desired effect. She was lost. Mumbling, stumbling, walking into walls. My sister and I made the command decision to stop giving her the medication and Mom recovered nicely. There was another “dementia” med she was prescribed that had the same effect...can’t remember the name (didn’t look familiar in your article). Stopped that also. The only “prescription” that ultimately worked was the locked door in the “memory unit” at a local elder care center.
I thought it was a combination of carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide gasses because his head has been so far up his ass for so long now that he’s beginning to asphyxiate from his own noxious fumes.
