So that’s Nancy’s take-away?!?! An innocent young woman is brutally murdered, and a Venezuelan national in our country illegally is charged with her murder. And Nancy’s concern is whether we’re using the right descriptors for the murderer?!?!
Fact 1: the man charged is an alien, under the legal definition.
Fact 2: he entered our country illegally, and remained in our country.
Therefore, he is the textbook example of “illegal alien”. Period.
