The Georgia State Senate Special Committee on Investigations will meet this morning and hear testimony from Trump co-defendant Michael Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, on her conversations with Fani Willis’ lover’s former law partner and divorce attorney, Terrence Bradley, where Bradley revealed misconduct by Fani Willis in hiring Nathan Wade as special prosecutor in the Trump RICO case.

Last week, Judge Scott Mcafee said he would make a decision “within the next two weeks” on Fani Willis and her office’s disqualification from prosecuting Trump and 18 co-defendants in the Georgia election interference case.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade. Willis also improperly hired Wade to prosecute Trump while she was sleeping with him and has paid him more than $700,000 since!

The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday that Merchant was subpoenaed by the special committee looking into Fani Willis’ corruption after it was revealed in court that Terrence Bradley sent her text messages.

Fani met with Vice President in Whitehouse before indictment... I saw Fani testify she has never been to the Whitehouse. She should be charged with perjury and stripped of her law license.

Yep, pretty sure I heard the same thing. If so, game set and match.

i wonder if i heard this correctly— mayor andrew dickens accompanied willis when she met with VP kamala harris in the “white house” (according to open white house records)

it is unclear to ms merchant how willis got hold of the federal J6 evidence that willis presented to her grand jury

Just how many officials in Fulton County and Atlanta City government have been convicted of corruption in the last 20 or so years? It seems like a bunch.

I believe that the wiggle room is whether the meeting actually occurred in the white house building proper, or if it occurred in the eisenhower executive office building (evidently the VP has offices in both buildings). iirc the original question was not specific (at least iirc it did not mention the distinction between the two locations, so imho the answer could have been ambiguous, depending on how the question was interpreted by willis)

I am watching the GA SENATE hearing and Asleigh Merchant has all the facts at her table and is very good at communicating the Fani Willis corruption that was not divulged in the court proceedings.

Thanks for posting.

sonya allen previously hired wade when she was working for cobb county (sheriff’s office?). apparently, this was when wade investigated prison mismanagement (and yielded no written work product for his efforts).

allen is apparently a graduate of the john marshall school of law.

allen eventually lost her cobb county job to another appointee.

after willis became fulton county da, she hired allen to run the fulton county da anti-corruption unit. zpparently allen then hired wade again for the anti-corruption unit.

I used to do the billing for my ex-hubby’s PI business so I don’t see anything wrong with the 24 hrs billing. We would bill like that for hrs. he had done in the case.

Laws only apply to whites. Blacks don’t have to obey laws, because laws are only created for purposes of punishing the black man/woman, or making him/her behave in accordance to what whites want.

Fani Willis Paid Nathan Wade From Confiscated Property Fund

newsweek,com, Mar 06, 2024, By Sean O’Driscoll

Atlanta District Attorney Fani Willis paid the chief prosecutor in Donald Trump’s election fraud trial out of her seized property fund for the first three months he was hired, disclosed work contracts show.

Willis and Wade testified in February that they were previously in a relationship but insist that relationship began after Willis hired him to oversee the prosecution of Donald Trump and his co-accused, who were indicted for allegedly trying to overthrow the Georgia result of the 2020 presidential election.

The pair denied in their testimony that they had tried to cover up their relationship until Wade was hired to prosecute the Trump case.

Willis and Wade did not sign a contract until more than four months into Nathan Wade’s role as chief prosecutor in the Donald Trump election fraud case in Georgia.

Wade earned an average of $25,149 a month for his first 26 months on the case despite never having prosecuted a felony, a Newsweek review of his invoices has found.

I listened to the testimony today. One thing I found fascinating is how lawyers park funds. Client funds are parked into trust accounts. When the lawyer bills the client the funds are supposed to be moved to the lawyers taxable account. Wade settle rather when this came to light in his divorce case..

I suspect she really believes she is in the right, everyone is lying about her, and this will all be rectified in her favor

I wonder if Willis believes that as long as she remains in office, the state will pay her legal expenses.

Once she resigns, the costs are on her.

As she said in her church chat about this hearing, Fani believes she is doing God's will here.

Different churches have very different views of God. In fact, you might say that they worship very different gods.

Some churches preach hatred toward the white man (remember Rev. Jeremiah Wright's admonition, "God damn America"). Fani's church might be one of those and she might indeed be doing god's (little "g") will.

I believe we can be pretty sure that WADE was putting the money he was getting from Fulton County into his lawyer trust account so that he would not have to divulge his assets to his now ex-wife.

Once Wade’s income from Fani became public, he settled the divorce in a nanosecond. I suspect Nathan will be be filing
a few 1040X IRS forms for the last several years..

She’ll have to dig into some of that cash she has stashed at home - that she kept for herself from her last campaign, said so herself - even thought it is illegal.

She believes she is above the law - I suspect she thinks she doesn’t have to follow “White Man’s Law.”
