A second witness came forward with claims that Nathan Wade’s former law partner Terrence Bradley made statements in private conversations that contradicted his testimony under oath, according to a Tuesday court filing.

Bradley allegedly divulged details about Wade’s relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to former adjunct professor at Georgia State School of Law Manny Arora in several conversations between September and October 2023, according to a court filing by Trump co-defendant Cathy Latham’s attorneys. On the witness stand, Bradley insisted that he could “not recall” various details about their relationship, such as when it began — a detail he allegedly provided to Latham — and said he was “speculating” when confronted with texts he sent defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant confirming when the relationship began.

The court filing notes Bradley told Arora that Wade began a relationship with Willis while she was running for district attorney from 2019-2020 and that Wade supervised Willis’ transition team, which included hiring and firing staff, according to the filing.

Arora represented Trump co-defendant Kenneth Chesebro, who took a plea deal in October.

LOL...my thoughts exactly.

I wonder if he signed up for an FR account during this time. He could have pinged Buckhead with his stories about Fani and Wade and saved the court a lot of time and trouble.

I’ve wondered what Chesebro and Powell have been thinking during the hearing, and what will become of their “closed” cases.

Attorneys hang out together and they are indeed little gossip mongers....and they know what their best buds are doing...cuz they're all doing it.

It's like...show me your little black book, and I'll show you mine.

apparently no one thought to ask if bradley had told anyone else. either that or bradley told his partners in deceit that he had only slipped up once when he in fact had slipped up multiple times. it would have been much better for the prosecution if bradley had had a sudden fatal heart attack. and apparently bradley did not think very highly of wade, or willis...

That big pile of money that they could lavish themselves on was just too irresistible for these two thieves. That they thought they could sneakily launder the money by going on vacations is hilarious.

Here you have an elected DA of a county that’s probably as dumb as any of the idiots who voted for her stupid ass. It’s really amazing how ignorant democrats are..

At least it isn’t a crime for Licensed Lawyers to LIE TO THE COURT...

Obstruction of Justice
Witness Tampering
Suborning Perjury
Honest Services Fraud
Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice
Conspiracy to Suborn Perjury
Conspiracy to Defraud the Court
the list is almost endless and they are ALL MAJOR FELONIES
