A new witness brought forth by a Donald Trump codefendant in Georgia claims to have overheard Fulton County DA Fani Willis speaking to the former law partner of her former lover and gave what is being described as a warning not to talk about what he knows.
Witness Terrence Bradley was a critical witness and key figure during court arguments Friday about whether Willis and former boyfriend and special prosecutor Nathan Wade should be disqualified from prosecuting Trump and 18 codefendants.
He repeatedly testified that he couldn't recall information when questions about texts with another attorney about when the relationship between Willis and Wade began.
Now a lawyer for defendant David J. Shafer says in a new filing that Cindi Lee Yeager, a prosecutor from Cobb County, Georgia, had 'numerous, in-person and other conversations' with Bradley in which they discussed information about Willis and Wade.

They were so used to Black Privilege that they thought nobody would dare prosecute them.
They are so dumb

Black privilege? Who cares?
Tell that to Rita Moreno.
I agree. This should be interesting to see how this plays out.
Thought testimony was done. The judge has it now. Decision in about 2 weeks.
It's a death trap for lots of under privileged people.
AG I mean
Wouldn’t this be witness tampering.
You are right about disqualifying her from the Trump case but this goes far beyond the original case. The Georgia Senate is still investigating her and was subpoenaing witnesses even today. There’s no way the judge misses this as he struggles for an out to exonerate her. He’s got to realize that this thing has legs of its own now and won’t just stop after his decision. If he gives her a pass he’s probably now frightened that he might have to actually justify his act. Who knows?
Looks like it to me.
Most of this comes down to Scott McAfee. Who is this guy? I know little about him. I know he’s running for judge in Fulton County, so he must be a Democrat. Has he been radicalized? Has he graduated from a radical law school? Or is he just an ambitious lawyer looking to move up the ladder?
If he’s a true Marxist, he’ll do his best to rehabilitate Fani and keep the case going. I hoping he’s not a radical. Surely he is under enormous pressure from the left, including the Biden White House. His future in Democrat politics is clearly over if he rules in any way for the Trump team.
Still, his career wouldn’t be over. Hopefully he knows that. Future Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Georgia, appointed by President Trump? U.S District Judge? I think his personal payoff will be greater if he just plays this straight and dismisses the Fulton County’s DA’s office. At a minimum, he should do that, based on my reading of the evidence.
The state senate committee investigating Fanni subpoenaed defense attorney Ashleigh Merchant. Merchant, pretrial, was told by Terrance Bradley that Wade and Willis lied. He conveniently got amnesia on the stand and lied his a$$ off. According to CNN, Merchant’s testimony is to be live-streamed Wednesday morning. The judge is quickly running out of remotely justifiable reasons to look the other way and to exonerate her. Even for a corrupt hack like McAfee letting these serial perjurers off might be a bridge too far now.
For Democrats, justice is based on a stopwatch.
For Republicans, statutes of limitation are flexible.

See #15. Who knows?

McAfee received his J.D. from UGA Law school. He was an officer of both the Federalist Society and the UGA Law Student Republicans. I think he will disqualify her based upon the facts of the case.
As you say, the Left is undoubtedly putting enormous pressure on him, as they do on anyone in his position, like the political schoolyard bullies they are. But what he may not realize is how many millions of honest Americans, exhausted by the Left's trying to gerrymander and control every aspect of our lives, would regard him as an ethical man making a stand against blatant corruption. And that might even be inspiring.

McAfee was born in 1988 or 1989.[1] He was raised in Kennesaw, Georgia.[2] He is an Eagle Scout and graduate of North Cobb High School.[3][4] McAfee received a cello scholarship to play in the Emory University symphony orchestra.[5][4] In 2010, he completed a bachelor’s degree in political science and music.[6]
In 2012, McAfee was a judicial intern for Georgia Supreme Court justice Keith R. Blackwell.[7] He also interned for justice David Nahmias.[5][4] In 2013, he graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, he was the vice president of the school’s Federalist Society chapter, treasurer of Law Republicans and inducted into The Order of Barristers.[1][5][4][6]
Career
McAfee was an assistant district attorney in the Barrow County, Georgia, Piedmont Judicial Circuit.[8] He joined the office of the district attorney in Fulton County, Georgia, in April 2015, initially working on the early stages of criminal cases.[9] He later was promoted to working as a prosecutor in the complex trial division, which was then headed by prosecutor Fani Willis, who was later elected as Fulton County district attorney.[1][10] McAfee was eventually promoted to senior assistant district attorney in the major case division, where he prosecuted felony cases including armed robbery and murder.[5][1]
