The Democratic National Committee has filed a complaint against the pro-Robert Kennedy Jr. super PAC on Monday with the Federal Election Commission, accusing the super PAC of failing to properly disclose $10 million in loans.
This is the latest action by Democrats fighting against the Independent presidential candidate's bid for the White House as some see Kennedy's campaign as a potential spoiler for President Joe Biden.
The DNC alleges American Values 2024 (AV24) violated federal law by not properly disclosing $10 million in loans from billionaire donor Gavin de Becker, $9.65 million of which has since been repaid. It also accused the super PAC of not disclosing whether it has other 'off the books' loan agreements with donors.

Democrats are so predictable.... and so are their butt boys in the press. Whatever helps democrats is what they’re for - no principles - just raw favoritism and twisted justifications.
They just can’t have any opposition no matter who it is because all of the opposition is superior.
The Democrats have declared lawfare against ANYONE who opposes their anti-America agenda.
PS I am not a huge fan of RFK Jr. but he deserves a shot, too. Let the voters decide!!! (Although to be fair I don’t have much faith in a large portion of the American electorate.)

I didn’t know RFK Jr. was still in the race. Why are the Democrats so concerned about him challenging Biden, if he’s not likely to win any states? Currently “Uncommitted” is getting more votes.
RFK Jr. is running as an independent.
The Democrats wants him out, because he will probably siphon off mote votes for Biden than he will from Trump.
They also KNOW that any "popularity" they might have is almost completely media-fabricated and maintained.
