What is not mentioned is the amount of black women employed by DEI, I would guess it is probably around 98% black female. So the attacks on DEI indoctrination are having an impact on black female employment.

Translation. Black women struggle to find their way in a world where qualifications and competency are considered.
Think Fulton County.

Maybe those videos of Africanized females on the rampage in fast food restaurants and Walmarts isnt helping. Maybe the Fani Willis’ of the world are a turnoff to most people.

This can't be true. Every time I see an ad or TV show, Blacks are always the ones who are doctors or CEO's or other successful professionals and live in really nice houses.

Regina Lawless hit a professional high at 40, becoming the first director of diversity and inclusion for InstagramI'll say, make hay while the sun shines because these worthless jobs won't be around forever.

Black women are in demand. Companies want to hire them. Skill set optional.
This group should not be complaining - it has multiple privileges that few others have.

director of diversity and inclusion She should have pursued a real job vs. one of negative value. DEI is less than worthless - a money making scam which demoralizes the workforce with garbage nonsense.
To: where's_the_Outrage?
If the black women in politics, academia or corporate world we see in the media are representative of black women everywhere, then black women are ignorant, spoiled, fat brats. If anything, they have been handed too much.
To: where's_the_Outrage?
NO, DIVERSITY is not under attack.
Diversity simply for diversity’s sake is a fraudulent scam...
No one cares what color your skin is when you do your job well....
When you are token hire or promote who clearly isn’t qualified, but given the job to check boxes, yes, people care.
Pursue excellence and diversity happens... pursue diversity simply for diversity’s sake and you you destroy excellence

Translation. Black women struggle to find their way in a world where qualifications and competency are considered. This is spot on. These unqualified fools have had a field day since that drug addict died in Minneapolis. Businesses are finally starting to wake up.

Diversity isn’t under attack, racism/sexism and suicidally destructive racial/sexist favoritism are.

Demanding that competency be a requirement for employment is not race related.

director of diversity and inclusion A job which should not exist, created to provide a welfare check (not really a pay check) for people who cannot earn a pay check honestly.
