Supergirl fails, dies
While it sounds ridiculous, it actually isn’t because there are several reasons that could have caused her death. For example: She fell off, she struck some object such as a low clearance over underpass, she was shot at by someone, even some medical condition. But the point is, she died while performing an act of stupidity, but what the cause was still requires a medical examiner’s opinion, which itself may be inconclusive, or even shocking & completely unexpected.
Somebody watched DUNE II this weekend.
It’s unclear what caused her to die, but rapid onset sudden deceleration syndrome is believed to be a factor.
I knew a guy who was an engineer in the mid 20th century. He told me he had no idea how many people he killed but was confident that they were all the fault of the “victims”
As the Brits say, “Death by misadventure.”
