DC is a closed primary—only registered Republicans can vote.
Hilarious fact—only one out of twenty DC registered voters are registered as Republicans.

There are more illegal aliens on Martha’s Vineyard than Republicans in DC so Niki Haley winning the primary there is about as politically significant as Hilary’s bottle of hot sauce that she claims to keep in her purse.
Haley is still busy doing accounting to figure out how to spin this defeat into victory. She is an accountant by profession.
