Eating what is called ‘cereal’ in the West is about the most UNHEALTHY thing a person can do, short of drinking gasoline.

having cereal for dinner, if it’s nutritious and satisfying, is no stranger than having steak for breakfast.

Breakfast for dinner is great. Get some of those honey coated roaches and throw them on the cereal for protein.

Don’t know what Kellogg’s carries, but General Foods Total® and Multigrain Cheerios® have a day’s worth of iron. Makes the General Foods cereals an okay snack.

Enserio? Here is another let them eat cake liberal jerk. Those cereals are just processed, carb-heavy crap with barely any protein-look at the ingredients/nutrition info-frankenfood calling itself cereal. Real cereal is not flakes and needs to be cooked...

Hung with deceased Freeper mylife when he lived in Greenville. We would devour hotlinks eggs cheese and biscuits after partying at the vfw. Top off with ice cream and count choco or honey nut cheerios, or whatever. I miss that dude.

Never had cereal, but as a kid, breakfast for dinner was how I knew it was almost dad’s payday. We might have pancakes, and maybe an egg. Powdered milk too, which I hated. If mom budgeted a little better, it was mac-n-cheese with a chopped up hotdog, or maybe a fried bologna sandwich. But on payday, we had real meat again. Once we all were in grade school, mom got a part time job and it was gravy days from then on.

Another woke corporate ****
A 1 lb box of Kellogg’s cereal at my local grocery store costs about $5.50
At that price, its far more economical to buy meat, carrots and potatoes, and get far more nutrition and calories.
